A Little Prayer

Please bless me that I’ll always excel,

And the good I’ll do, I’ll do it all well,

So that what's left of this life I spend

In the manner that's best, till the end.

May I do the tasks for me You’ve set,

None of these leave out or else forget.

May the moments of my each new day

Be employed in the best possible way,

So that now, and when to You I return,

Your grace and Your pleasure I will earn.
