A Lovely Way Some Time to Use!

As I sat in the comfort of my chair,

At my toes below I began to stare.

Oh how good this while to spend,

My little toes below to thus attend,

Just observing, letting time pass by,

What delight! Would you like to try?

It’s a lovely way some time to use,

In noticing one’s toes oneself to lose.

Once in a while, our toes let’s observe,

For they, too, our attention deserve.

For a period doing nothing, only this,

And for that time, being in sheer bliss!
