Connect With God Directly!

Ah! See with what gusto they loudly hail

The many creeds they’ve put up for sale,

Each of these available for a heavy price:

That your freedom you must sacrifice,

For they demand you hand over control

Of your mind and your life as a whole

To them, so that you do just as they say,

Over your life giving them complete sway.

Don’t be so foolish to do as they say you must,

Don’t, my dearest, in their ‘sweet’ words trust,

For, if you do so, this fact you must know well:

You’ll cause your life to turn into a real hell.

Creedless you were born, this way please remain,

For their creeds are all a sure way to turn insane.

Avoid them fully, wolves in sheep’s clothing indeed,

Connect with God directly: that’s all that you need.

Within yourself He lives, in Your heart does He reside,

No need is there, thus, to search for Him outside.

No creed do you require with Him to commune,

Just turn within and with Him yourself attune!
