“Let Me keep you where I will.” “I will keep you where I will.” “There is no need for you to get desperate about where to be and what to do. It’s all for Me to get done.”

“This is what You have willed.”

“I know how you feel. I will be with you.”

“I am blessing you both with the best.”

“I am blessing that with the best.”

“I do not want you to live in fear.”  “I want you to live in peace and joy.” “I want you to live with a solid sense of meaning and purpose.” “I want you to enjoy your life.” “I want you to lead a triumphant life. The two of you.”

“I am blessing every detail of it with the best.”

“You’ve learnt now that there is no need to go anywhere unnecessarily.”

“Make our life truly meaningful—to You. Bless it with the best in every respect. Make us be and do the best always. May we be wherever You will always. Thank You.”

“Bless this body You gave me with the best.”

“If I’ve kept you in a certain place and state, there must be a good reason why I have done so.”

“Love the place where you are now in.” “This is where you must be and grow, for now.”

“That is your charity for the month.”

“Be where you are, and be happy.”

“God, can I lead a truly meaningful, joy-filled life living in this place, in this same context and under the same circumstances?” “Of course you can. In any case, you must know that you are not going to be here always and that the context and circumstances will change.” “Change for the better?” “Not necessarily, but for the good, certainly. It is already as ‘better’ as it could be.”

“I feel hollow, heavy.” “That is how you are meant to feel for the time being.”

“Will I ever experience Your joy unalloyed?” “You will.”

“Don’t try to change anyone. Only love them.”

“I am blessing Aunty and her daughter with the very best.”

“I am blessing all of them, My children.”

“I know. I could feel it. I made it happen. Because I willed it so.” “Did You like it when all that happened?” “I had willed it so.” “Why?” “Because I willed it so.”

“What do You want me to do?” “You will do exactly what I want you to, so why bother to ask about it?”

“You think your life is banal, and quite bland.” “Yes, I do. Do You feel the same way about it?” “No, not at all.” “Do You find it exciting and worthwhile?” “Yes, of course, I do.” “It is as it should be.”

“Finish the book tonight, if you can. It’s a great book. It’s one of the best on the subject. Quite to the point. I love the economy of words.”

“Each being’s role has been set by Me.”

“Your role is to quietly inform people about Me.” “What aspect(s) of You?” “Primarily, that they can have an intimate conversational relationship with Me.” “And secondarily, and tertially (is that a word?)?” “Focus on the primary.”

“You took me to so many places back then, and now?” “Now you’re hardly going anywhere. It is for your own good.” “But will I get to see more of Your world?” “Yes, you will.” “What about the far-off lands that I used to fantasize about?” “I will take you to many lands.” “I will take you to where you have to go.”

“Make us use Your energy in the best way always.” “So be it.”

“Take the Name and be safe.”

“Care for others, and they will care for you.”

“That man’s insulting behaviour will not go unpunished. It will have to stop. It will.”

“Why have You made them behave like that with me or lead me to think they are behaving like that with me if they aren’t?” “Rise above other people’s behaviour. Behave with them as you should, not as they behave towards you.”

“Lord, compared to so many people I think I’m doing so little.” “Actually, no one is doing anything. It’s all being done by Me.” “Okay, then let me say this: Lord, so much more and better things are happening through so many other people, and very little through me.” “That statement of yours reflects the illusion of doership. Even if nothing happens through you, you should be unperturbed.”

“You’re not meant to fall in love with the world. You’re meant to be here, do your work and leave.”

“Your sole concern is to be a willing instrument for His purposes.”

‘Accept the situation as it is and then let your role unfold.”
