The Same Sordid Game

Tender minds they brutally drilled,
Into them their poison they filled,
From infancy on, millions misled,
On utter falsehood being so fed,
Made to believe they're the best,
Treating with scorn all of the rest
Driven by the beliefs they held,
To this conclusion being impelled,
Not knowing a fact that’s so plain:
That they’d been driven quite insane
By all the lies they had been sold,
The falsehoods they’d been told,
From childhood on, with no cease,
Made victim of a most foul disease:
Pride in their flock and hate for the rest,
All but their own folk to intensely detest.
And oh! what hate and wars then ensued
As this sinister agenda they pursued,
Down through history, this sordid game,
In much of the world it’s been the same.
