O my mind, this one thing learn:

Make His Name Your main concern.

On and on His Name repeat,

Focus on doing this one feat.

His Name utter, chant or sing,

Be engaged in doing this thing.

Let His name in your mind resound

While detached from all that’s around.

Great power there is in His name

(Any of them, they’re all the same).

Let His Name, repeating inside,

Lead you on, being your guide,

Making sure that you’ll then do

All that you’ve been sent here to,

Through life’s journey that’s ahead.
