I peeked at Jinju, my sleeping cat,

What a marvel I was looking at!

My little baby seemed so snug,

He deserved a real warm hug!

His endearing pointed ears,

His long and wiry whiskers,

His plump, round, pink nose,

His delightful baby-like toes,

His belly going up and down,

Faintly smiling, like a clown,

And his podgy, childlike feet,

Oh goodness! Oh how sweet!

His long tail so neatly curled,

In deep sleep lost to the world,

How did my Jinju come to be?

This thought then came to me,

That Jinju, so cuddly and cute,

Is a miracle none can refute,

Which only that One can do,

Appearing as him, all else too.
