There’s nothing in this world that we need to do

(This holds for everyone, including me and you).

Let He who brought us here do everything,

While we enjoy, have fun, dance and sing!

Oh! All this doing is such a headache,

Let Him full responsibility for it take.

Let Him do through us, doing nothing on our own,

Let’s leave the task of all doing to Him alone.

In His hands let’s be mere puppets on a string,

Through us let it be He who does everything.

Let Him do through us just as He may,

While we just witness Him act out His play.

Playing roles through us, Let He Himself enthrall

As the Sole Doer, let it be He who does it all.
