Aug 301 min readPoetic Reflections: How Nice The World Might Be…Rated 4 out of 5 stars.4.0 | 1 RatingHow nice the world might beIf every now and thenThings would turn upside down.If we would wear our shirts as our pantsAnd our pants as our shirts;If we would walk on our headsAnd eat with our feet;If we’d comb our hair with our toothbrushesAnd brush our teeth with our combs;If horses would ride on human backsAnd make men trot or gallop as they pleased;If servants would order and masters would serveAnd if ‘he’ would be called she, and she, ‘he’.If word spellings would be reversed,With the sun being called ‘nus’ and the moon ‘noom’And ‘G-O-D’ spelt as ‘D-O-G’, and vice versa(Both being but the one and the same ‘Man’s Best Friend’)!
