What If?

We seem to be born and then to die,

But what if birth and death are a lie?

What if all beings are forms diverse

Of the One Source of the Universe,

Who was never born, and nor will die,

And thus so’s the case with you and I,

Who separate beings may seem to be,

But are just faces of this One actually?
