Just a Few Years More Maybe

Just a few years at most maybe

Is what’s left on Earth for me.

I’m in age far past my prime,

And fast approaches death’s time.

A few days more maybe, that’s all,

For me to hear the departure call.

May this time be best employed

Until of my last breath I’m devoid.
