When For Us You Care

For us Your children You do care,

So, all our burdens You can bear,

We can hand them all to You,

For You to manage as You want to.

You’re willing to do this for us,

So, why should we raise a foolish fuss

Insisting this task we ourselves do,

When we can give it over to You,

For You to handle just as You please,

Thereby granting us from them release?
